I teach out of my home in Gales Ferry (Ledyard). It's set up with a workout room attached to the house. I keep my numbers small, 20 or less people. I'm not a commercial school. No contracts, no belts and I don't teach little children. Adults only and the average class is about 6 to 8 people.
I teach two styles of Taiji, Yang and Sun family. Yang style is taught first. A typical class begins with warm-up exercises, footwork, fundamental skills and depending on the day…either concentration on learning the form itself, weapons work or push hands and partner drills.

Above, a Demo for World Tai Chi Day....
Sun Style done at a faster pace than I'd normally do it. I've learned to speed up demo's at certain times. Especially If you're the last guy to perform. I know when I'm the spectator, I appreciate a little brevity.
